Who we are
Grow The Hype Inc. is a marketing agency based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Our site is growthehype.ca. Questions about this policy or your data: omar@growthehype.ca.
What we collect
- Analytics data — if you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 records anonymized page views, device type, rough geographic region, and which links you clicked. We never see your name, email, or IP address.
- Preferences — your theme choice (dark/light) and cookie preference are stored in your browser's localStorage. Never sent to us.
- Contact form submissions — if you send us a brief, we receive your name, email, and message. We use this only to reply. Not sold, not shared.
- Purchases — product purchases (The Guide, The Kit) are processed by Gumroad. Their privacy policy applies to any payment details.
What we do with it
We use analytics to understand which pages work, which don't, and what to improve. That's it. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties beyond the service providers listed here (Google Analytics, Netlify, Gumroad).
Your choices
- Decline cookies — click Decline on our cookie banner and we'll collect zero analytics cookies. We'll still receive anonymized usage signals via Google Consent Mode, which contain no personal data.
- Change your mind — clear your browser storage for growthehype.ca to reset the banner.
- Delete your data — email omar@growthehype.ca and we'll remove any contact-form data we have on you within 30 days.

That's the full list. No ad-tech cookies, no retargeting pixels (yet — if we ever add Meta pixel or similar, this page will be updated and you'll need to re-consent).
Security
Our site enforces HTTPS, uses modern security headers (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options), and is hosted on Netlify with DDoS protection. Responsible disclosure of any vulnerabilities: omar@growthehype.ca.
Changes
If we ever change how we handle data, we'll update this page and prompt you to re-consent where required.
Your rights (Canadian law)
Under Canada's PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, you have the right to access, correct, and delete any personal data we hold on you. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
